Delivery Terms & Conditions Delivery costs will be provided and included in your initial proposal. NO SURPRISES. There is an additional $50.00 Charge for very drop after the initial delivery. All deliveries are tailgate. It is expected that all customers supply help in unloading the truck. Drivers are instructed to work on the truck only, assisting and supervising the proper handling of stock as it is removed from the truck. Your cooperation is appreciated! Plant-Finders.com allows for a maximum of 2 hours of unloading time for semi-trailers, after which a detention fee of $50.00 per hour will be charged. Please remember, the CUSTOMER is responsible for unloading of all deliveries. Plant-finders.com recommends that customers provide sufficient equipment and crew for safe and prompt unloading of deliveries. All deliveries are curbside only. It is up to the customer to place the plants after the truck has been unloaded.
